The Phillies will receive Phillippe Aumont and J.C. Ramirez, perhaps the Mariners' top two pitching prospects, and Tyson Gillies, a toolsy outfielder, in return. Aumont should be in the mix for making the top 100 prospects in the game, .. Even if they could have gotten any one of those middling prospects for Blanton, they would have gotten better value. If the market valued Blanton so much lower due to some sort of injury likelihood or something I'm missing,
